4. Responsibility for transported goods
The Company will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during the process of transporting goods from our warehouse to you.
– You are responsible for checking the goods upon delivery. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, sign the delivery status with the Delivery staff and notify Customer Service at the hotline of Company.
– After you have signed to receive the goods without notes or comments on the goods. The company is not responsible for the return request for damage, scratches, breakage, distortion, wrong goods, … from you later.

5. Other terms
– The company only delivers goods to the right recipient that the customer has registered when buying. In the course of delivery, if there is an unclear recipient change, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and request that the customer receive the goods at the location of the company’s sales. 
– If the delivery address is not clear, located in an alley, or in dangerous places, hilly areas, difficult transportation, we reserve the right to refuse to transport, deliver goods direct.
– In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, damage to ferries, etc., we are not responsible for compensation for damages arising from improper delivery or failure to transport goods to the location. as agreed with the customer.
– In case we have shipped the goods to the delivery location as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requires returning the goods, then the customer must bear the shipping costs as prescribed by company.
– On special days or festivals due to limited transportation policies (prohibiting roads for some vehicles …) delivery time may vary, We will call customers to unified delivery time.
