Conditions of delivery:

– Customers contact directly with Warranty Center of the Manufacturer or through Customer Care Center of CJC.
– After confirming the situation with the content of goods damaged due to manufacturer technical errors, the exchange will be made in accordance with the provisions of CJC, the manufacturer or the authorized warranty center of the manufacturer. export.
– Process of changing or returning procedures is done within 07 days from the date CJC receives all the information and documents as required from the customer.
